Business Development Manager – Staffing Industry

Richardson, TX (Dallas Suburb) | M–Th in Office, Fridays Remote | Some Travel

We are searching for a Business Development Manager to join a growing team in Richardson, TX! This is a client-facing, hunter-focused sales role with the support of a strong internal recruiting / delivery engine behind you. What You'll Do :

Identify, target, and close new client accounts within the DFW area and beyond

Manage and grow a small portfolio of existing accounts

Partner closely with a dedicated recruiting team to deliver top-tier talent solutions

Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events

Help shape the future of a business where your voice is heard and your work matters

What You Bring :

2+ years of staffing industry sales experience (agency / firm-side, in a hunting role)

Proven ability to generate new business and build client relationships

A "hunter" mentality with energy, drive, and a competitive spirit

Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills

Desire to work in a close-knit team where culture and accountability go hand in hand
