Float Pool RNs in critical care are offered a personalized orientation plan. As we help you grow your career we offer optional cross-training in units such as Pediatric Emergency Pediatric ICU Perioperative Services Cath Lab Interventional Radiology and in roles such as Resource Nurse. Enjoy the benefits of full-time employment and a self-schedule model while working just three 12-hour night shifts per week.
