About the Role

The Contract Administrator is responsible for coordinating and administering contracts, agreements, leases, and licenses that support the company's operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing high-volume contract workflows in a fast-paced environment.

This position is a full time office position requiring 5 days a week in the Eugene, Oregon office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and track contracts and renewals, including services, equipment leases, building leases, liquor licenses, business licenses, and maintenance agreements.
  • Coordinate the signing of all contracts and ensure executed documents and supporting materials are properly retained.
  • Submit documentation for permitting and ensure timely payment of associated fees.
  • Review and approve rent payments to ensure they are processed on time.
  • Track health and food permits, ensuring timely filings and renewals.
  • Open necessary accounts for new locations (utilities, internet, etc.).
  • Coordinate setup of highway signage in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Monitor company locations for water leaks and ensure immediate resolution.
  • Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar contract administration role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
