Job Description

Support senior project managers in day-to-day oversight of residential construction projects.

Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Help manage on-site operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Review drawings, specifications, and change orders for accuracy and compliance.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.

Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and designers to support project goals.

Identify potential risks or delays and assist in developing proactive solutions.

Contribute to creating a collaborative and efficient work environment between field and office teams.

Base Salary : $85,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
