Project Manager - IT Communications
Location : Denver - Cherry Creek Area, CO 80206 Onsite 5X weekly

Our client is seeking a Project Manager for other IT team that will coordinate training and keep the IT leaders on task.
Responsibilities include :
- Playing a key role in refining and optimizing projects that drive meaningful value for the organization and our clients.
- Taking ownership of complex assignments, demonstrating independent problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative to deliver consistent, accurate results.
- Leading and actively participating in project meetingsfacilitating discussions, documenting critical issues, tracking action items, and maintaining detailed project schedules to keep teams aligned.
- Providing regular updates on project progress, ensuring transparency and clear communication to stakeholders at every stage.
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and contractors to ensure compliance with company policies, uphold high service standards, and swiftly resolve challenges.
- Partnering with the Training Division to seamlessly train team members during project rollouts, empowering staff for successful adoption of new initiatives.
- Offering hands-on leadership and strategic guidance across a diverse portfolio of projects, from large-scale initiatives to smaller process improvements.
- Developing and managing project timelinesincluding schedules for development, testing, user acceptance, and final rolloutto ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Creating, organizing, and maintaining essential project documentation and materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility throughout the project lifecycle.

Education and / or Experience :
2-6 years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Position requires a higher level of supervision and / or training which is determined based on experience, knowledge of project management, and ability to work independently.
