JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Marketing Support Specialist supports the marketing and business development efforts for the organization, including its Home Health and Hospice partners. This role assists in project management, material creation, social media management, event coordination, inventory management, and administrative tasks to ensure consistency in branding and alignment with company goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning and Calendar Management :

Maintains internal and partner planning / project calendars for department initiatives (Home Health / Hospice partners).

Graphic Design and Material Creation :

Assists with graphic design projects as assigned.

  • Assists in designing and producing sales and marketing materials, such as tags, postcards, flyers, and handouts.
  • Ensure all materials align with company branding and compliance guidelines.

Material Management and Distribution :

  • Assists with the ordering and distribution of branded materials, including business cards, promotional items, apparel, flyers, and compliant print materials.
  • Maintains accurate inventory records of branded materials and replenishes stock as needed.
  • Works with the marketing department to maintain an accurate inventory of materials.
  • Event Coordination :

  • Collaborates with office directors to plan and execute sponsorships and community events.
  • Assists in preparing event materials, ensuring proper branding and successful execution at events.
  • Digital Asset Management and Online Presence

    Monitor and update business listings on Yelp, Google My Business, and Apple Maps

  • Ensure accuracy of contact information, hours, services, and business details across all platforms
  • Perform regular website content updates and maintenance
  • Coordinate digital asset management to maintain brand consistency
  • Respond to and manage online reviews and customer inquiries as needed
  • Marketing Support :

    Assists the Business Development team in preparing marketing collateral and proposals in both digital and hard copy formats.

    Assists with preparing marketing KPI reports to measure and analyze performance.

  • Assists with formatting internal presentations and materials according to brand standards.
  • Assists with preparing monthly departmental expense coding and submissions.

  • Supports the consistent implementation of brand standards across all locations.
  • Administers and prepares reporting for partners and internal phone tracking related to marketing results
  • Monitors and connects with potential partners via healthcare databases and / or message boards
  • Social Media Management :

    Collaborates with subject matter experts to plan, design, obtain approvals, and post content on social media platforms for partner brands.

    Assists with setting up and administering partner social media profiles.

  • Monitors incoming messages and inquiries through online sources (website, chat, email, social media) and routes them to appropriate departments or personnel using approved responses
  • Administrative Tasks :

  • Maintains accurate office databases across all brands.
  • Provides detailed documentation of marketing activities, orders, and expenses.
  • Provides general administrative support to the marketing and sales teams as needed.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations with at least one (1) year of applicable experience or other bachelor's degree with two (2) years of applicable experience.

  • Industry experience in consulting, employer services, HR, or healthcare a plus.
  • Experience with CRM / online database systems and marketing automation systems a plus. (such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics / Pardot, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.); experience with WordPress strongly preferred.
  • Social media content and management experience.
  • Graphic design experience using Canva and / or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Above-average proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written (including grammar) and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively understand different brand identities, collaborate, and receive feedback on deliverables.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational skills, and thrives on working on a variety of brands, projects, and timelines day-to-day.
  • Ability to work within all levels of the organization
