About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and people-focused People Operations Coordinator to join our growing People this role youll support the day-to-day employee experiencefrom office management and onboarding to People operations and systems support. Youll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly while helping us evolve how we work as we grow. This is an in-person contract position with potential to convert to full-time for the right person.

Work Location : This is an in-person position. A desk and computer will be provided.

Hours : We generally work standard business hours Monday-Friday but were flexible! As long as youre available between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. (MT) were happy to discuss a schedule that fits your needs.

What Youll Do

Office & Workplace Experience

• Manage daily office operations including supplies snacks and lunch coordination. We cater!
• Support an upcoming office move by coordinating logistics and creating a welcoming functional new space.
• Maintain an inclusive organized and engaging workplace for employees and visitors.
• Physical Requirements : This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move items up to 25 pounds.

Ultimately your compensation will be determined by your education experience knowledge skills and abilities.

$35 - $45 USD
