Job Summary :

We are seeking a hands-on and service-oriented IT Support Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting hardware and software systems across our office and production environments. Key responsibilities include the installation and maintenance of IT equipment, network devices, and factory surveillance systems, as well as providing timely user support and managing IT assets. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in IT support, with strong working knowledge of Windows environments, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting. They should demonstrate a strong sense of service, be approachable when supporting users, and take initiative to identify issues and suggest improvements that enhance system performance and overall user experience.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Install, relocate, and maintain on-site IT equipment such as desktop PCs, barcode scanners, printers, monitors, and other hardware devices.
• Assist with physical installation and cabling of network and server equipment, including servers, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi devices.
• Perform Windows OS installations, driver updates, and software setups for both office and production PCs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues reported by end users in the office or production areas.
• Manage user accounts, including creation, password resets, and access permission setup through systems such as Active Directory.
• Install and maintain factory CCTV (NVR), IP cameras, and access control systems.
• Receive and manage support tickets using internal IT service systems, and update issue logs promptly.
• Support IT asset tagging, inventory control, and ensure compliance with internal IT procedures.
• Assist with other IT projects as assigned.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions :

This position frequently requires standing, walking, crouching, and lifting IT equipment up to 50 pounds. Occasional ladder use and work in production areas with varying temperatures and noise levels may be necessary.
