Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Location : Onsite in Tigard, OR Schedule : Monday–Friday, Full-Time Contract : 3-Month Contract (Potential for Extension) Pay Rate : $26–$30 per hour DOE
Position Summary
LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our client’s HR and Recruitment team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a variety of administrative tasks. While HR experience is a plus, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Management
Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and team events.
Prepare meeting materials and ensure smooth logistics.
Onboarding Support
Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation activities.
Administrative Tasks
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Update employee records and HR systems accurately.
Handle general administrative duties to support HR and recruitment operations.
Communication
Respond to internal inquiries promptly and professionally.
Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
Qualifications
Experience : 3+ years of administrative experience; HR experience is a plus but not required.
Skills :
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Other : Ability to work onsite in Tigard, OR.
Pay Details : $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
