We are a highly respected, award-winning architectural, engineering, and interior design firm based in St. Petersburg, FL. Recognized as a Fast 50 Company by the Tampa Bay Business Journal , we specialize in innovative and technically advanced design solutions across the United States. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion.

Role Overview

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects involving architectural, engineering, and interior design disciplines. This includes serving as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring all project aspects scope, budget, timeline, and quality are successfully managed in accordance with our firms standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle from design development to final delivery
• Serve as the firms representative in all client communications and meetings
• Manage project schedules and budgets proactively; take corrective action when needed
• Prepare weekly project updates and detailed reports
• Attend and facilitate all project-related meetings
• Coordinate and lead design reviews across disciplines
• Conduct and verify quality assurance audits and ensure control procedures are followed
• Oversee large-scale projects including Senior Living, Multi-Family, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care Facilities (new construction and renovations) on a national scale
