A bid coordinator manages the bidding process for a company or organization, which can include proposals, tenders, and bids for various projects. They work with different teams and departments to ensure the process is efficient and runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include :

• Proposal management : Overseeing the creation and submission of bids, and crafting responses to RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs
• Coordination and communication : Organizing meetings, presentations, and updates to promote a collaborative environment
• Business development : Supporting the Business Development Manager and General Manager in acquiring new business, marketing, and social media activities
• Bid library management : Managing, reviewing, and updating bid library content
• Case studies and reference materials : Preparing case studies and other reference materials
• Customer due diligence : Ensuring customer due diligence and terms of business agreements are in place
