Family Practice - With OB Physician

Cross Country Locums is seeking a primary care / Internal medicine position. Six month assignment starting in January. Board Certified Family Medicine (FM), or Internal Medicine (IM).

JOB DETAILS :

• Locum - Physician - Primary Care Kalamazoo, MI
• Start Date 1 / 4 / 2021 - 7 / 31 / 2021
• Shift Type : Days
• On Call Requirements : Occasional Call - Shared with 30+ other providers
• Board Certified FM or IM - Required
• MI License - Required
• Full time availability at least 1 year of experience (outside of residency)
• License : Michigan
• Clean backgrounds only
• 90 day credentialing
• Looking for 1 more provider for coverage at one of their multiple Primary Care locations near the Kalamazoo area starting in January. They are open to a locum to perm options. Providers will be considered for one of the following locations (all within 45 minutes of Kalamazoo)
• EMR : Cerner
• Locations : Dragon- Woodbridge- Portage, MI (FP)- Richland, MI- Galesburg, MI- Mattawan, MI- Dowagiac, MI- Three Rivers, MI
