Job Summary : We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Pizza Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, a clean driving record, and a commitment to ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. As a Pizza Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Delivery Operations : Deliver pizzas, side items, and drinks to customers in a timely and safe manner, ensuring orders are correct and complete.
  • Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and responsive to customer needs and inquiries.
  • Order Verification : Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the store and check delivery addresses to ensure timely arrival.
  • Vehicle Maintenance : Maintain the delivery vehicle in clean and good working condition, reporting any issues or needed repairs promptly.
  • Payment Handling : Collect payments from customers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly.
  • Communication : Communicate effectively with the restaurant staff and customers, including handling any delivery issues or concerns.
  • Safety Compliance : Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations, including the use of seat belts and following safe driving practices.
  • Team Support : Assist with other duties as needed, such as pizza preparation, order packing, or front-line customer service during busy periods.

Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable personal vehicle (if applicable) and insurance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate using GPS or maps.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
  • Prior experience in a delivery or customer service role is a plus.
