QA Lead

As a QA Lead, you will :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive TOSCA QA Lead to drive our automated testing efforts using the TOSCA platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of model-based testing.

You will lead a team of QA professionals, design and implement test strategies, and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Define and implement test automation strategies using TOSCA.
• Lead the design, creation, and execution of automated test cases and test scenarios.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA analysts and automation engineers.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams to understand requirements and
• translate them into test solutions.
• Maintain and improve the TOSCA automation framework, ensuring modularity and reusability.
• Integrate TOSCA with CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Manage test data, test environments, and version control for automated assets.
• Track and report QA metrics including test coverage, execution results, and defect trends.
• Promote test automation best practices, continuous improvement, and QA governance.
• Manual / Automated test cases execution
• Understanding on the Agile methodology

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range : $ 68,500 - 80,500 $ Per Year

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
