Description : Job Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for making outbound prospecting calls, contacting inbound leads and selling the Nifty Marketing portfolio of website design and internet marketing solutions, while meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Successful team members will have previous experience as a top producer making outbound prospecting calls, identifying potential new clients and business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline and closing sales with decision makers. On top of this, Nifty Account Executive’s take a highly strategic and consultative approach to sales to identify custom solutions to prospect needs, ultimately creating deals that are long-term and mutually beneficial.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Initiate outbound prospecting calls to potential clients on a daily basis.
  • Navigate through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers with purchasing authority.
  • Conduct thorough qualifying and discovery processes to understand client needs.
  • Deliver compelling market analysis, and service recommendations to qualified prospects.
  • Craft customized digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to develop pipeline and outreach strategies including follow-ups.
  • Address technical and business objections to win over potential clients.
  • Identify product features and solutions to meet prospect needs, provide quotes, and finalize orders.
  • Close sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
  • Utilize Salesforce to qualify prospects and maintain accurate data.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Nifty Marketing's products, services, and industry trends.
  • Represent Nifty Marketing at various tradeshows and manage exhibitor booths when required.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required as this is a full-time position.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications :

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices including some or all of the following : SEO, PPC, Web Design, Social Media, etc.
  • Proven track record of success as a top-producing sales consultant in digital marketing services.
  • Demonstrated "hunter" mentality with the ability to persevere through rejection and develop creative solutions.
  • Thrives on individual and team achievements.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to change.
  • Experience in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong social skills and a desire for excellence.
  • Comfortable with internet technology and digital tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications and CRM Systems (e.g., salesforce.com, MS Dynamics, Netsuite).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing / agency-based sales experience.
  • Inside Sales experience preferred.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Physical / Mental Requirements for the Job :

  • Prolonged periods of sedentary movement.
  • May be requested to work overtime and weekends if deemed necessary.
  • Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds.
  • Certain management positions might be required to occasional travel.
