Required Skills & Experience
- BS / MS / PhD degree in Polymer Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines, with relevant oil and gas industry experience.
- More than 3 years’ experience in Emulsion Polymerization, Water soluble polymer, Formulation development in oilfield area is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and solution-driven skills, with a proactive attitude for addressing technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative and teamwork mindset.
