America s Veterans need you! The Redding VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic offers a full range of medical and ancillary services in a new state-of-the-art facility. Services include primary care, audiology, cardiology, chiropractic, compensation & pension exams, dental, gastroenterology, infectious disease, laboratory, mental health, nutrition, occupational therapy, optical shop, ophthalmology, optometry, pharmacy, physical therapy, podiatry, primary care, radiology, social work, urgent care, urology, and women s health. The clinic offers pre- and post-operative telemedicine surgical services including general and vascular surgery, nephrology, and orthopedics. In addition, the clinic provides care to Veterans in rural areas via a mobile health clinic. Duties / Responsibilities : Incumbent will perform outpatient GI consultations, colonoscopy, and endoscopy procedures.

Tour of duty : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm, no on-call or weekends, Alternative work schedule may be available, to include part-time appointments.

Salary : $326,000 - $400,000

Candidates must : 1) be a US citizen or PRA (Non-citizens may be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7407(a) ; 2) possess a current, full, unrestricted medical license in any state, 3) board prepared / certified in Family or Internal Medicine and board eligible / certified in Gastroenterology, and 4) Flu vaccination. Preferred experience : Best qualified candidates will be Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
