We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Community Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of their assigned Homeowner Associations (HOA). As a successful Community Manager, your goals are to work with the Board of Directors to maintain the property, ensurance compliance with Civil Code and Governing Documents, encourage harmonious relationships and peaceful living for all of the residents in the community. Responsibilities
Able to work with Board MembersAdministrative Support and other duties as assignedAttend Board Meetings (Zoom)Compliance with Civil Code and Governing DocsDelegate specific tasks to supportive DepartmentsWork with Vendors to properly maintain the propertyQualification
Certified Community Association Manager designation preferredExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExperience with property management softwareHigh school diploma / GED required, Associate of Arts Degree / Bachelor’s Degree preferredPrior experience managing Homeowner Associations preferredUnderstanding of Common Interest Developement (CID) Law preferred
