Insight Global is currently hiring a remote Salesforce Solution Engineer for a top financial client here in the Des Moines area. This Engineer would be focused on translating business needs to the Salesforce functional engineers on the team. They will need to have strong problem solving skills as they will be identifying issues and releasing plans to the team. They will need to have a strong understanding of data within a development team and environment. 25% of this role will be hands on development, creating proof of concepts while the rest of the time they will be identifying problems and solutions. This Engineer will need to be able to lead and collaborate with Engineers and business leaders in a remote environment. The annual salary for this role is between $140,000-$175,000 / yr.
