Design System Strategist

A company is looking for a Design System Strategist to support the integration and evolution of design systems within their Patient Experience Support Programs. Key Responsibilities : Conduct a detailed gap analysis between the current design system and the global design system Define a clear plan to integrate and align design systems across teams and platforms Implement the integration plan, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability Required Qualifications : Strong background in design systems, UX / UI design, and component libraries Experience in healthcare, pharma, or patient support programs is highly preferred Expertise in Figma for design system development and documentation Familiarity with Salesforce design constraints and implementation is a plus Ability to lead and execute cross-system integration projects with multiple stakeholders
