What You’ll Do

Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, condensers, coils, air handlers, water heaters, package units, etc.)

Follow installation checklists and company standards (no shortcuts, ever)

Work with a field manager and apprentices to get jobs completed efficiently

Communicate clearly with customers and represent M3 professionally onsite

Document work performed through job photos and closeout notes

What We’re Looking For

2+ years HVAC install experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)

EPA certification (or willing to obtain)

Strong understanding of electrical, gas, and refrigerant standards

Ability to work independently or as part of a small crew

Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Someone who takes pride in their craft and cares about doing quality work
