Overview
BraveNewTalent is looking to hire a Director of Product Marketing and Business Development in San Francisco to take ownership of our global sales, marketing and communications strategy. The role will include Business Development responsibility as well as a core product marketing role. In time the company will recruit a sales Director to work along side you.
Your main responsibilities include :
- Shorten Sales velocity to Organizations for the BraveNewTalent proposition
- Create and implement a B2B and B2C strategy which will improve our KPI’s on User Growth, Engagement and Retention
- Identify and estimate our current nominal KPIs and project KPI growth to achieve BraveNewTalent’s goals
Reports To : CEO
Direct Reports : UK Head of Marketing, India Platform Evangelist and Community Manager.
Relationships : CEO, CTO, Director of Strategy, Director of Experience, Board
