Senior System Modeler

McBride Consulting has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Modeler providing support to the Command Control Communications and Battle Management Division (C3BM).

Command Control Communications and Battle Management (C3BM) has been tasked with delivering an integrated Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network providing resilient decision advantage and enabling the USAF USSF Joint and Coalition Force to win against the pacing challenge. C3BM supports execution in many different focus areas. C3BMs main efforts are Architecture and Systems Engineering (ASE) Operational Response Team (ORT) and multiple mission integration teams such as Air Maritime and multiple acquisitions consisting of both the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and Space.

This is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB Bedford MA.

The Systems Modeler will apply broad theoretical and practical knowledge of systems-based engineering to the acquisition process. The role focuses on creating integrating and managing SysML models within Cameo Enterprise Architect and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks and acquisition program requirements.

Responsibilities :

Duties include but not limited to :

Demonstrate expertise in Cameo Enterprise Architect to create SysML diagrams capturing mission threads requirements and architecture information.

Create templates to support capture of information necessary for SysML models.

Develop model structure taxonomy orthology and other attributes leveraging enterprise architecture frameworks such as DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).

Assist program office teams and personnel with integration into the digital environment.

Convert SysML models from other applications into Cameo Enterprise Architect.

Establish traceability between Cameo and Enovia data including use of middleware when required.

Interface with PMO staff end-user communities and stakeholder representatives to report findings and project status.

Create review and provide input to acquisition artifacts including requirements program plans milestone documentation and system models.

Citizenship : Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance : Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret level clearance and be SCI eligible

Preferred Qualifications

Education : Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related field

Years of experience : 10 years of experience with at least 5 years working in the DoD sector

Certifications : OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional Model Builder Intermediate Certification

Experience in SysML model creation.

Experience with Cameo Enterprise Architect (highly desired).

Experience with Dassault software (3DExperience Enovia Catia) (desired).
