Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Medicaid Billing Specialist to join their Revenue Cycle Management team. This person will focus on Medicaid-related billing and claims functions while supporting various reporting and data management tasks in Excel.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, problem-solving, and ensuring accuracy across billing and claims processes. Training will be provided for specific claim entry and collection workflows.

Core Responsibilities

Support the Medicaid billing and claims process , including submissions, collections, and denials.

Assist the RCM team with claim entries, reporting, and reconciliation .

Analyze and maintain accurate records in Excel , generating reports and tracking billing progress.

Collaborate closely with Michael and the broader finance team to ensure timely and accurate Medicaid-related reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong Excel skills – able to confidently manage data, perform lookups, and build reports.

Detail-oriented and organized; accuracy is critical.

Medicaid billing or healthcare claims experience strongly preferred.
