COMPLIANCE PROCESSOR

Job Title : Compliance Processor

Department : Managed Report Services

Reports To : C.O.O.

Position Summary :

The Compliance Processor is responsible for preparing and submitting annual / biennial / quinquennial / decennial and initial reports filings with Governing Offices (Corporations Division and / or Secretary of State) , Affiliates or Services Provider; after obtaining the information from the clients who are protected by Managed Report Services; for contacting Governing Offices for clarification purposes upon request and / or new updates for filings, fees, regulations. The Compliance Processor provides excellent customer service / processing skills to all managed reports service clients by utilizing in-depth knowledge of Secretary of State Compliance requirements and all services offered by InCorp Services, Inc.

Qualifications :

  • Qualified candidates must have the ability to work in a team environment, follow rules and procedures as indicated, be well adapted to pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
  • Must be organized, a self-starter, possess good problem solving skills, and be able to handle projects and multi-task.
  • Focus and attention to detail are a must
  • Must have a strong background in internet and phone research.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Must possess knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet (Secretary of State web sites).

Specific duties include but not limited :

  • Communicate with Secretary of State Offices nationwide and monitor for updates.
  • Process internal orders of Formations, Foreign Qualifications, Reinstatements, Dissolutions and other forms.
  • Process periodic reports with sensitive deadlines.
  • Contact clients regarding report filings due, as assigned by the department lead. Provide timely and accurate information to clients.
  • Accurately draft, review and file documents with Secretary of State Offices nationwide.
  • Follow up on submitted documents with Secretary of state.
  • Research information and requirements for each Secretary of State office.
  • Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

    The compensation for this position is $20 per hour. This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
