I hope this message finds you well! I m reaching out with an exciting premium Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Tacoma, WA . This role is ideal for experienced NPs passionate about providing in-home care to geriatric patients with polychronic conditions.
Position Highlights :
- Location : Tacoma, WA (must reside within 20 miles)
- Coverage Area : Up to 1-hour radius; occasional travel across WA (hotel / rental car reimbursed per policy)
- Schedule : Monday Friday, 8am 5pm No on-call
- Patient Volume : 3 7 patients / day
- Start Date : November 1, 2025
- Duration : 6 months with potential for permanent conversion
- Travel Reimbursement : $0.70 / mile (GOV rate)
- EMR : Athena
