Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Collaborate with internal departments to find resolutions for customer concerns
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
Assist in developing customer service protocols and improving processes
Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information
