We are growing rapidly and looking for exceptional Customer Service Representatives to join our close-knit team. This exciting role will partner with the Help Desk to support our clients within the social services domain.

Representatives within this department will be required to work onsite Monday-Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM, to service this client.

This position is in Troy, Alabama.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

  • Assist a team of knowledgeable help desk members working to support our clients within the social services domain. This Service Desk team supports providers and recipients.
  • Handle inbound calls
  • Resolve basic troubleshooting
  • Stay current on policies and procedures
  • Provide solutions to escalated issues

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • No experience? No problem! CGI will invest in your future success in the role using project-based learning for two weeks of PAID training on site at our Troy, AL office. The hours of training will be Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, where perfect attendance will be required for completion.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable
  • Customer focused
  • Able to successfully pass a CGI background check
  • Exposure to MS Word and Excel
  • Previous customer service experience would be a plus
  • Other Information :

    CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $ 11.00 - $ 12.00 per hour.
