Sacred Circle Healthcare is looking for a full-time Registered Dietitian.

Job Summary :

The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for delivering and promoting nutrition care to patients, applying the science and art of nutrition to enhance health and aid in the treatment of various conditions.

Reports To : Department Head of Nutrition Services

Department : Medical Nutrition Services

Business Unit : Primary Care

Patient Care : Yes

Worker Status : Full-time, Salary

Benefits Eligible : Yes

Hours Per Week : 40

Work Schedule : To be determined, typically availability from 8 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Schedule Type : Typically, four 10-hour shifts per week.

Location : Multiple Clinic Locations

Supervisory Responsibilities : No

Major Responsibilities / Tasks :

• Assess patients to determine their nutritional and dietary needs.
• Identify medical goals and develop tailored nutritional plans to help improve patient health.
• Educate patients on healthy eating habits and encourage adherence to nutrition programs.
• Create customized diets considering cultural, religious, and income-related needs.
• Integrate medical nutrition therapy with complex disease states.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, medical staff, families, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records while upholding strict confidentiality.
• Stay updated on advancements in nutrition.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Engage in professional development activities.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Sacred Circle Healthcare.
• Follow the Code of Conduct and uphold the Mission and Values of the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation : $57,936 - $78,213 Yearly Salary.
