Project Manager
The Project Manager is the primary production and project management point of contact for the Versant Entertainment Creative Marketing department. This is a 360 production role that is inclusive of the development, production, post-production, and trafficking of key brand and show deliverables which make up the campaign (promos, key art, digital and social content). The ideal candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, winning attitude, appreciation for data, and has a solutions-oriented approach.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create an agreed upon list of promotional assets that will be developed, executed, and delivered by the creative video, design, and finishing teams to meet an on time and on budget date of delivery.
- Manage the creation of brand and show assets, which include, but are not limited to : linear video, digital, social, print and motion graphics for the entire marketing campaign spanning from development through execution.
- Work closely to support and track projects with campaign stakeholders, internal creative directors, producers, and external vendors.
- Manage expectations for all campaign deliverables to leadership and requesting teams
- Create, administer, and supervise timelines for all creative
- Manage brand and show budgets inclusive of forecasting, tracking, actualizing, invoice processing, etc.
- Assist in the onboarding of vendors through contract and estimate negotiations while following through for management of deliverables and ensuring a successful delivery of all assets at the conclusion of the work
- Manage all deliverables, dates and assignments with our direct creative team through a project management software, Airtable.
- Initiate and attend meetings, brainstorm sessions, and other internal and external conference calls related to assigned campaigns
- Consult closely with Legal, Rights & Clearances, Program Development, Talent Relations, etc. as needed to obtain legal approval on all deliverables
- Ensure all approvals have been obtained internally, externally, legally, etc. before marketing assets are widely released
- Collaborate with Post, Operations, Technology, and Engineering teams to create, refine, and reimagine workflows that are streamlined and efficient
Basic Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related fieldExperience leading teams and delegating work across multiple stakeholders3+ years of relevant project management work experience in a creative agency or creative production role.Knowledge of tools : Slack, Airtable, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud a plusEligibility Requirements :

Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
