Insurance Specialist

We're seeking a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients understand their coverage options.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently.
• Answer client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims.
• Assist producers and account managers in maintaining client accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish.
