Office Facilities Administrator
As an Office Facilities Administrator, you will perform and oversee the general office administrative functions along with equipment and facilities maintenance for the organization. Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations : Sacramento, CA.
In this role, you'll get to :
- Serve as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and applicants.
- Checks in visitors, manages and maintains visitor log
- Answer phones, respond to internal communication, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
- Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items. Keeps third party account details current and up to date such as UPS, Amazon, etc.
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
- Maintain inventory of office, kitchen, and cleaning supplies, orders new supplies as needed
- Keep common areas fully stocked and organized
- Interface with appropriate staff / managers to receive information regarding facilities' needs; ensures timely response to requests
- Act as a liaison to alert property management to issues
- Coordinate activities like waste disposal, building security etc.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
- Run frequent errands
- Go into our Sacramento office location as this role is not a remote position
- Perform other related duties as assigned
