Student assessment and feedback : Evaluate student performance and growth provide constructive feedback on their work and prepare progress reports. Classroom management : Organize and maintain classroom materials tools and equipment to ensure proper use and prevent loss or abuse . Fostering creativity : Create a supportive and engaging environment that encourages students to express themselves artistically. Inventory and supplies : Maintain an inventory of art supplies and manage purchasing within a budget. Exhibitions : Plan and organize student art shows to showcase their work. Collaboration : Work with other teachers to create integrated lesson plans and participate in school-wide events. Communication : Meet with students parents and other staff as needed to discuss student progress. Adaptability : Be prepared to adapt teaching to students with varying abilities and learning needs. Safety : Instruct students on the proper care and use of all tools and equipment. Support : Some roles may involve working under the guidance of a certified teacher who provides mentorship and support.
