Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Strategy Manager to join our team. This role requires strong relationship management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive projects forward with partners. The ideal candidate will be a proactive "doer" with a confident approach to stakeholder engagement and a commitment to best practices in marketing strategy.

Responsibilities :

Partner with 30-40 offices, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Confidently push back when necessary and provide marketing expertise.

Operate with autonomy and feel confident working with various teams.

Process requests and ensure projects move forward efficiently for partners.

Manage day-to-day tasks, address backlogs, and handle basic calls.

Balance stakeholder needs, which may involve having difficult conversations and demonstrating a strong backbone.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, account management, or a similar relationship-driven role.

Experience in diverse industries; wealth management-specific experience is not required.

Strong communication skills, particularly in partner-facing interactions.

Ability to provide insight and guidance to experts, understanding when and who to reach out to.

Experience working at an agency is a plus.

Comfortable with running projects independently and not being in the day-to-day management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53 to $65. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
