Integration Lead

Integration Leads support the success of Big Brand Tire & Service by ensuring our acquired team members can effectively perform Big Brand Tire & Services' process and procedures within the timeframe outlined in the integration schedule.

Integration Lead Requirements / Expectations

• Must be able to work 50-70 hours a week and be willing to work any day of the week, as needed during active integrations (40-55 hours when not assigned to an active integration).
• Be able to travel 2-3 weeks out of each month during an integration. 4-5 consecutive days each week.
• Be proficient in EDGE and the Company's practices, procedures, and policies.
• Have a strong understanding of financials, budgets, and the Company's goals and strategies.
• Have strong communication, training, coaching, and supervisor skills.
• Take initiative, be hard-working, ethical, and deliver a positive integration experience.
• Adhere to the Travel and Business Expense policy when reserving travel, making purchases, and submitting expenses.
