Dental Receptionist

A family owned and operated Dental Practice located in Bolingbrook is seeking a dedicated individual to join the practice as a Front Desk Receptionist / New Patient Coordinator on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated and dependable who can join the team as a long-term basis.

Responsibilities will include :

• Greetings all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
• Checking in and checking out patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering phones in a timely and friendly manner
• Making Recare calls when needed
• Presenting Treatment Plans as needed.
• Verifying insurance eligibility & verification
