About the Role

On the Agent Engineering team , you will have complete ownership and autonomy in building and shipping best-in-class AI agents taking projects from initial implementation through continuous iteration. You will work directly with leaders across industries such as finance, healthcare, and hospitality , designing reliable, intuitive agents that solve complex user needs at scale.

What You Will Do

Design and build AI agents that outperform human agents in managing complex customer interactions and driving customer retention

Identify cross-customer trends to guide the evolution of agent-building platform and inform research priorities

Experiment with and evaluate the latest text and voice models, then integrate them at enterprise scale with Fortune 500-level customers

Collaborate across teams , working closely with leadership, product, and research to bring cutting-edge AI to real-world production

What Were Looking For

2+ years of experience in full-stack engineering at :

A top-tier tech company with a strong engineering culture, or

A high-frequency trading firm, or

A hyper-growth startup

Strong ability to work across frontend and backend systems with an emphasis on building production-grade AI systems

Passion for AI agents, system design, and scalability
