Technical Writing Apprentice

A company is looking for a Technical Writing Apprentice.

Key Responsibilities

Develop video tutorials and author training manuals

Contribute to department newsletters and engage in project brainstorming sessions

Collaborate remotely with industry professionals on diverse content assignments

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed education in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related discipline

Ability to work 24 hours per week throughout the 6-month apprenticeship

Meet legal requirements to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship

Demonstrated proficiency in written communication appropriate for technical and instructional audiences

Familiarity with XML and DITA standards is advantageous but not required
