The position also includes responsibilities for loan production, growth, and origination, as well as product development, pricing strategies, loan underwriting, portfolio management, secondary market sales, and asset quality.
Applicants for the Chief Lending Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance, with a preference for candidates holding a relevant Master's degree. A minimum of 10-15 years' leadership experience in the financial services industry is required, with a strong background in lending.
