Key Highlights :

• Shifts : 12-hour shifts (14-16 / mo), with some 24-hour shifts (7-8 / mo) possible
• Volume : 30-32 visits per day expected to increase after expansion
• Expansion : ER growing from 7 to 16 beds within the next year
• Current staff : 4 full-time FTE, plus PRN
• Call : No scheduled call; call only in the event of emergencies (e.g., natural disasters)
• Salary / Benefits : $180 / hour plus full benefits, paid malpractice, relocation allowance
• Facility : Enjoy a small, locally managed hospital (not part of a big system that brings frustrating and impersonal management), good ancillary services (lab, x-ray), full-time general and orthopedic surgery on staff, high-quality staff, and patient satisfaction.
