We seek candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Animal Services Functional Area Professional - Shelter Operations Leadership Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Shelter Operations Leadership (Director of Shelter Operations) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country / World).

Lead strategic planning for shelter programs.

Oversee all shelter staff and departmental budgets.

Ensure compliance with welfare regulations.

Develop community outreach and adoption campaigns.

Liaise with city leadership and animal welfare partners.

Desired Qualifications For Director of Shelter Operations | Animal Services Candidates :

Proven track record in senior shelter or animal welfare leadership.

Bachelor's degree in relevant field; 8+ years in management.

Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with 293 activities 293 Functional Area Activities.

Strategic planning, financial management, stakeholder engagement.

Visionary leadership, diplomacy, operational excellence.

Oversees capital improvement projects for shelter facilities.
