Position Overview :

Join our team as a Pediatric Float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Syracuse, NY. This role supports day-shift operations across pediatric units, requiring flexibility to work in diverse clinical settings while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent

Licensure : Active New York State CNA Certification

Experience : Minimum 1 year of patient care experience, Level 1 trauma experience required

Technical Skills : Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain / re-certify)

Soft Skills : Adaptability, compassion, teamwork, and strong communication abilities

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care in pediatric units as a float CNA

Assist with daily living activities, vital signs, and patient monitoring

Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless unit coverage

Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety protocols
