T he Tactical Airborne Communications team is seeking an experienced Senior Value Stream Leader (VSL) to support our extensive customer based for repair and service support after they purchase Collins products for their platforms.

What You Will Do

Coordinate with customers and Collins Support functions for the timely repair and / or upgrade of existing products

Provide order capture and program execution expertise for sustainment of customer equipment and support total lifecycle business approach for customer pursuits

Provide leadership in the areas of planning organization and coordination with all functional departments necessary to support TACAIR program support execution

Provide support to the Business Development organization in ensuring pursuit activities are consistent with the overall business strategy for full lifecycle support

The individual must exhibit the leadership and communication skills to understand and customer expectations through superior support while ensuring business profitability

In the program execution role the individual will be expected to ensure adherence to the program baseline and serve as the primary customer point of contact in communication of program status

Position requires demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting objectives and satisfying customer requirements

Responsible for program / business area growth and execution performance

Build strong and extensive working relationships internally and externally. External customer contacts are typically mid-level to senior-level program management engineering maintenance and procurement agents

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

Previous service / sustainment P&L execution required

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

Strong understanding of Operations Service Centers and how to manage Customer repairs and repair programs

Experience leading cross functional or multi-domain teams

Team player that possess skills in strategy development negotiation budgeting program planning financial / schedule performance management earned value risk management

Extreme level of customer focus and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate skill in customer relationship development and management

Excellent oral written and presentation communications skills are required along with the ability to establish effective communication and working relationships with all levels and functions of customer organizations internally and externally

The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
