About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for building and executing targeted marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including email, digital banking, and digital advertising platforms. This role will leverage list segmentation, campaign automation, and performance tracking to support business goals and enhance member engagement. The specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized content, optimize digital strategies through A / B testing, and ensure quality control across all digital touchpoints. Additionally, they will leverage data insights to inform marketing decisions and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
