Salary : $26.15 / hourly (all or a portion of the salary may be funded by grants or contracts, continued employment is contingent upon availability of these funds in the future.) Position Details : This position is part-time (30 hours per week), 10 months / year (August May) on-site at the Mosbacher Institute in College Station, Texas. Other Requirements and Factors : This position is funded from grant and / or contract funding, which is renewed through provisions of the grantor of the contract. Therefore, this position is contingent upon continuation of funding from these grants and / or contracts, as well as satisfactory job performance. This position may require occasional work beyond normal business hours. This position may require up to 5% or more travel.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of related administration and / or program support experience. Preferred Qualifications : Proficient ability to use Microsoft or similar software, including Database Management and Publisher. Familiarity with survey software, such as Qualtrics or similar software, and design software, such as Adobe InDesign or Canva. Experience in event planning. Higher Education experience. Experience facilitating publications (format, proofread, editing). Experience with branding compliance on social media platforms. Experience working with stakeholders who are donors. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Proficient ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, publishing, presentation, and database applications. Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others. Planning and organization skills. Ability to self-motivate.
