As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator , we will provide you with all the tools and resources you will need to successfully lead Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston, MA! Our talented and dedicated staff are looking for a leader to lead the Best Nursing Home (Best of Your Hometown 2024) and AHCA's 2025 Bronze Quality Award winner, Oakdale Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center, and it could be YOU!

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at our top-rated facility in West Boylston, ensuring the best care for our residents and fostering a positive workplace for our staff. Oakdale Rehabilitation is a nursing facility providing long term skilled care and short-term rehab services.

Requirements :

• Current MA Nurse Home Administrator’s license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, with specific experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in long-term care administration.
