Restoration Estimators work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a desk RE, you will build relationships with insurance professionals, TPA partners, and corporate as an integral part of the operations team.

Compensation and Benefits

$60,000 - $80,000 a year based on experience and certifications. Commission based on estimating volume. Career Development - our company grows from the inside. Job Responsibilities

Create optimized and accurate residential and commercial mitigation, contents and repairs estimates using Xactimate and Symbility. Managing work through completion communicating progress with project managers, adjusters, and TPAs. Create accurate scopes, very few over / under scopes. Meet all compliance and timing expectations for carrier and TPA partners. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications (Requirements)

3+ years restoration estimating experience. Proficient with industry estimating software (Xactimate and Symbility). Proficient with variety of current technology. Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Ability to multitask. Resourcefulness, especially in the face of challenges. Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude. Dedication to customer service. Self-motivated to get results. Loves working with people and enjoys estimating software. Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility. Excellent interpersonal skills. Is succinct and professional with written communication.
