We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our Syracuse, NY office. The successful candidate will assist the Commercial Strategic Accounts Sales organization by providing pre-sale and post-sale support to our top-tier customers. General Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to develop HVAC systems solutions.
• Effectively and professionally communicate requirements with customers and internal teams.
• Adapt to customer specific requirements.
• Provide HVAC equipment selections, both new and replacements.
• Provide technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems to customers and their respective consulting engineers.
• Seek new business opportunities by responding to RFQ's for new and / or existing customers.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions, to maintain composure in fast-paced situations, and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Support Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators with new and existing accounts and the introduction of new products.
• Have a combination of excellent technical skills, be a self-starter, with strong business understanding, strong self-direction, and excellent interpersonal / influencing skills to work across the Carrier organization and with customers.

Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements. Pay Range : $63,500.00-$111,500.00
