Our client is a leading global innovator in oncology solutions. They are committed to advancing cancer care by delivering cutting-edge medical technologies and services that empower clinicians and improve patient outcomes.

We are seeking a Hardware Specialist - LINACs to lead sales efforts for CT-Linac and MR-Linac technologies. This role focuses on expanding the adoption of Online Adaptive Radiation Therapy (OART), growing the install base, and driving new business development across a defined territory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities at new and existing customer sites.
  • Collaborate with regional and national account teams to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support sales teams and customer engagements.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to clinicians and administrators.
  • Consult with hospitals on site planning for MR-Linac installations.
  • Drive adoption of adaptive radiotherapy through education, training, and bundled portfolio solutions.
  • Contribute to regional marketing plans and promotional activities.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and comply with company quality and ethical standards.

Total compensation is in the range of $200 - $225K annually.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, clinical sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven success in capital medical equipment sales; oncology or imaging experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Technical knowledge in medical physics, dosimetry, treatment planning, or hospital IT systems is a plus.
  • Experience with MR imaging and adaptive radiotherapy solutions preferred.
  • Ability to manage a broad geographic territory with extensive travel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective team collaborator.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with high ethical standards.
