Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is looking to hire a Patient Care Night Coordinator - Operating Room to join our partners’ team in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. This opportunity is within a large, prominent, highly rated hospital system!

This is a full-time, DIRECT HIRE opportunity! (not contract)

Responsibilities of the Patient Care Night Coordinator :

• Assist the nursing staff in providing high-quality and seamless care
• Manages the logistical and operational flow of patients through the operating room, coordinating with surgical teams, physicians, and patients to ensure efficient, safe, and timely care
• Optimizes OR schedules, facilitating communication, preparing patient documentation, ensuring necessary equipment and supplies are available, and acting as a resource for staff and patients during the perioperative journey.
• Evaluate and monitor patient needs and all staff schedules
